Returns & Refunds policy

At Grandeur Factory Art, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we only offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below:

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than products that are received in damaged or defective condition.

Product Quality Assurance

At the Grandeur Factory, we are committed to providing high-quality art on the medium you have chosen, crafted with care and attention to detail. Each piece is created using premium materials and is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to ensure it meets our high standards.

We understand that art is subjective, and what one person perceives as "quality" may differ from another's expectations. Please note that variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to differences in monitor displays, differences between mockups on different media and the real light of day version. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the unique beauty of owning custom artwork. Variations due to the medium choice are natural, and cannot be considered defective.

If you believe the product is defective or has a significant manufacturing flaw, please refer to the Damaged or Defective Products section of our policy. Dissatisfaction based on subjective quality expectations, personal taste, or differences in monitor or media colour calibration does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@grandeurfactory.art. In your email, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product


Upon reviewing your request, we may ask you to return the product to us. All returned products must be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not received in its original condition.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. The return must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure we receive the item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of your return.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Gift Refunds

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver. We will notify the gift giver about the return and handle the refund process accordingly.

  • Products returned after the 7-day notification period
